Instapot Chicken Noodle Soup With Peas
Ingredients Needed to Make Chicken Noodle Soup with Peas in an Instant Pot
1 lb chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
1 onion, diced
3 carrots, peeled and diced
3 celery stalks, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp pepper
8 cups chicken broth
1 (16 oz) package of frozen peas
4 oz egg noodles
Instructions:
1. Add chicken, onion, carrots, celery, garlic powder, thyme, and pepper to the Instant Pot.
2. Pour in chicken broth.
3. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
4. When the cooking time is up, quick release the pressure.
5. Remove the lid and add the frozen peas and egg noodles. Stir well.
6. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.

Instapot Maple Syrup Chicken
Ingredients:
-1lb chicken breasts
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
1. Preheat your Instapot to 350 degrees.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the Instapot and sprinkle them with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
3. Close the lid of the Instapot and cook for about 8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the Instapot and set aside on a plate.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt until combined.
6. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the chicken on the plate and serve immediately.
